I wrote this to my spiritual director, I say. “I think to a certain extent I have to get over it, and affirm fully as a prophet of God and write the prophetic. To accept that the wrestling and doubt is part of the prophetic experience, and this is my experience, and to allow God to use this prophetic identity to further the writing / prophecy, not in the manner of ego, but paradoxically, so I can become less and s/he greater”.
